Energy Healer & Manifestation Coach

  • Grethe is a certified Emotion Code practitioner, PSYCH-K® facilitator and Subconscious Release Technique (SRT) practitioner. Her background is in toxicology, biology, and environmental management. In addition to holding a master's degree in biology, she is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
  • Grethe is happily married to her dream partner and soul mate, Thomas. 
  • Grethe helps people achieve their health and body goals by reprogramming their point of attraction, using a combination of Manifestation Coaching, PSYCH-K®, SRT and Emotion Code.
  • Having been a student of the Law of Attraction for 20 years, she is so excited about what can be achieved by changing limiting beliefs, removing subconscious blockages and releasing trapped emotions.

When you were born, you were an Intuitive Eater. Your body signals told you exactly what you needed to know about your body's state of hunger or fullness. Feeling full helped you know when to stop eating, feeling hungry let you know it was time to replenish your body. You knew and trusted what kind of food you liked. You completely relied on you body's internal signals for this information. There was no such thing as bad food or good food. You expressed your emotions and hopefully you emotional needs were met throgh your parent's love and care.

As you grew up, wellmeaning parents told you to eat what you are served and to clean your plates and meals were eaten according to a schedule more than your hunger signals. Diet culture and social media informed you what you should look like, what foods you should eat, when and how much. You learned that some foods are good and some are bad. Maybe you experienced distressing times and used food as a way to cope with the stressful emotions. You might have put on some weight, lost some on a diet, to then put it on again while losing confidence, feeling like a failure and like you had no will-power. Your relationship with food and your body might have become strained. 

Intuitive Eating is a wonderful framework to re-member your natural relationship with food.

It is a personal process of honoring your health by paying attention to the messages of your body and meeting your physical and emotional needs. There are 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. These principles help you improve your ability to listen to your body’s signals and remove the obstacles to listening to these signals.
