A PSYCH-K® session is a simple and effective way for you to change limiting
subconscious beliefs that are blocking you from reaching your goals in life!


In a PSYCH-K® session, you will define your present situation (problem), and the
PSYCH-K® Facilitator will help you to identify and transform subconscious
beliefs and programs that are keeping you from reaching your desired outcome.

WHAT IT IS


Subconscious beliefs are often the “invisible” cause of self-sabotaging behaviors. The PSYCH-K® program was designed to help people change the way they feel, behave and interact in life.


PSYCH-K® or psychological kinesiology, stands for 'psyche'

which means mind and 'K' as a 'key' - meaning a key to your mind. 


HOW IT WORKS


Most traditional tools such as insight therapy, affirmations, will power, journaling, and visualization are limited to the conscious mind.


PSYCH-K® is a quick and effcient tool for changing subconscious beliefs. This leads to changes in behavior, emotions and perception and ultimately to a different printout of life. 

PSYCH-K® SESSIONS


The average session is usually between one and two hours. Depending on your specific goal or goals, it may be possible to work on more than one issue in the same session. The PSYCH-K® sessions can be facilitated in person, online, and by phone and they all have the same effectiveness. We often combine PSYCH-K® balances with other modalities such as Emotion Code for a more holistic approach.
